Together with his 16-year-old son Aaron, who plays drums, marimba and classical percussion in addition to vibraphone, Florian Döling opens the Young Stage series, recorded the day after the 2nd Jazz Session at the Farrenstall in Freiburg-Waltershofen on October 22, 2023. Enjoy the premiere of Döling's new songs Unterwegs, dedicated to his youngest son Matthis.

Bei seinem letzten Konzert als Mitglied der FAB (Freiburger Akademie Begabtenförderung) der Musikhochschule Freiburg konnte das Publikum Aaron Döling (*2007) im Semesterabschlusskonzert der FAB am 11. Juli 2026 noch einmal auf der Marimba erleben, begleitet von Vincent Rüttgardt (*2007).
Im Oktober 2026 beginnt Aaron sein klassisches Schlagzeugstudium an der Hochschule für Musik, Theater und Medien Hannover bei Prof. Henrik Magnus Schmidt.
