Already during the second rehearsal, even before the upcoming three garden concerts of the Jazz am Schönberg series in the summer of 2025, a recording device was running. This was suggested by our saxophonist Juan José Cabillas, who had access to the necessary recording equipment.

The second rehearsal was – as far as Juanjo and Vaclav were concerned – the second time we had ever played music together. It was almost like a kindred spirit, as if we had known each other for years... Information about the band can be found here.

The recorded material has now been listened to and the songs for our first album have been selected. Now the album is going into further production (mixing, mastering, graphic design, etc.).

The album is expected to be released in May 2026, for the first time on vinyl and no longer on CD. For more information on this change in anflow records' label policy, see Philosophy.
